A: Yes! Orders over 50 € qualify for free shipping within Germany.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Shipping within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days.

Q: Can I return items?

A: Yes, you can return unworn items free of charge within 14 days. You can initiate a return via your order confirmation email and via your SIZOO customer account. You can also write us an email and follow instructions on our withdrawal page

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
