Right of Withdrawal - Legal Notice regarding the English version
The following Withdrawal Policy is a translation of the original German version.
The German version is legally binding.
This Withdrawal Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
In the event of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the German and the English version, the German version shall prevail.
Withdrawal Policy
1. Definition of Consumer
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly cannot be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FRAlineo GmbH c/o Design Offices, Domstraße 10, 20095 Hamburg, Germany, telephone +49 160 5912750, email address: mail@sizoo.online) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You may also use the SELF-SERVE RETURNS under your customer account unter the following link: https://account.sizoo.online
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point in time at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract, in comparison with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
