We want you to feel proud of every item from Sizoo Womens Sportswear. If for some reason the item does not work out, we want to make the return as easy and fair as we can.

✅ Return Eligibility
You can return items within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- "Final Sale" merchandise is not returnable
📧 How to Start a Return
1. To start a return, please initiate the return online within your SIZOO customer account for the respective order, or contact us via email under mail@sizoo.online with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- A brief reason (optional)
2. You will receive the details and return label via the Online customer returns process. In case you requested a return via email, we will send you return instructions and label by email.
Note: For the launch of SIZOO, all returns will be free until further notice!
📦 Shipping Provider & Return Labels
We ship all orders via DHL within Germany. Return labels will be generated for you via the Online customer returns process. If you requested a return via email, we will provide the label and instructions to you by email instead.
Return shipping costs are free of charge until further notice. We will always keep you informed about any changes!
💳 Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Refunds processing can take 5 – 7 business days after item is returned.
- You will receive an email once the refund has been processed.
- Original shipping costs will NOT be refunden for partial returns. In case you return your entire order, shipping costs will be refunden, too.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges of products. If you need a different size or color, please simply return the item and place a new order.
