🛒 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on the weekends and/or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
⏱️ Delivery Times
Once dispatched, shipping within Germany with DHL Parcel Standard takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Thus you will receive your delivery within 2 to 4 business days after placing the order.
🚚 Shipping Provider & Cost
We ship your delivery with DHL Standard “Paket” (Standard Parcel) for safe and reliable national shipping.
- We charge € 4,90 shippinig costs per delivery.
- You will get free shipping if your order value exceeds € 99.
- In case of large orders, we may split the delivery into more than 1 parcel. In this case, we will inform you accordingly about this partial shipment approach.
📍 Shipping Area
We only deliver to addresses within Germany. International shipping is not available at this time.
